Crank it up!by MaffeComment: This probably looks cool if it is bigger. At this size, it does not quite have the punch that it should. |

Spheresby JonathanJComment: The spheres look good, but the foreground is a big problem. Getting the balls on top of something instead of behind it would have made the photo much more attractive. |

Round Cornersby orvaratliComment: I just like the simple straight forward "here it is" about this image. You didn't cut any corners with this one. The color is just as good as the shapes to me. |

A Shape From The Pastby BrianRComment: If the waterline was showing it would be a 9. I assume that this is a model, or an advertising item. The size of the working lines on the vessel are the giveaway. It's a good image anyway. Non sailor types would likely not even think about the lines. |

Tribute to Denver Bronco Darent Williamsby Jason_CrossComment: I like the smooth fade afterglow too when it is cold out. The simplicity makes this one happen. If there was more in the foreground as a silhouette of something, it would be a distraction from the beauty of the simple sky. |

Golden Sunraysby sherpetComment: Beautiful capture. It is amazing how rapidly views change with the sky and land when you are in motion, You siezed the moment and got the image.
Great contrast, and I am happy that the window didn't reflect and cause a problem. |

Mayoralby MatthewComment: I remember seeing this building, and thinking that it looks a lot like the "Death Star" from "Star Wars". It is interesting that you found an angle to get it with nothing distracting from the geometric shape of the structure. |

DLRby MatthewComment: I feel that this image would have done well in the " Vanishing Point" challenge. This is quite the interesting perspective, and I am wondering if you shot it thru the window of the rail car, or if you got permission to get on the tracks, or shot it from an overpass walkway. I like the curves and lines all thru this image. The colors stand out too.
I enjoyed London a lot for the 5 days that I was there in 1999 to appear in an episode of "Scrap Heap Challenge". I envy your world travels, and have enjoyed looking thru your portfolio. |

Forgotten Cornerby leafComment: That is a crazy combo, the 40 KW generator and a toilet. I wonder if it's an electric chair in disguise?
I agree with the grainy gritty effect and the sepia for the effect that you wanted. No one has mentioned the chains, which also add to the haphazard look of the place. |
