Aloneby silverscreenComment: Snails have a tough life, but make good subjects.
That was good composing to use the branch behind the one in primary focus to highlight it.
The 150 reallly takes out the background detail well also. Thoughtful image. |

Perspectiveby surfinbirdComment: It's the invasion of the Giant Girls! Run! : )
Very interesting play on perspective illusion. I also like the toning you did for this, as it focuses attention to the illusion. |

Fairlaneby jenesisComment: Looks like a 64 Fairlane. I have a 65 Falcon. Cars were very cool back then because sheet metal styling and chrome was what sold cars.
I know that part of the image is PP, but the colors on the car come thru well. Too bad they painted the 500 logo. It used to be chrome. Nostalgic looking image. |

tree1.jpgby JewellianComment: I like this a lot. The tree just seems to explode out from the center of the image! That's a grand tree. |

hospital-view.jpgby JerseyGenieComment: This is beautiful.
I am glad that you were up and moving around enough to get this shot. It looks the way Christmas should look. We don't get the white stuff here in Fl, but I remember it well from my travels. I like that this is a wide view, with lots of little interesting details to see and think about. |

Go Your Own Wayby messerschmittComment: It's amazing what all you can capture if you keep your camera ready. You nailed this one exactly right in exposure and composition. |

freeby rozComment: I like this a lot. The color and shapes of the background connect so well with the shape and color of the piling in the foreground. Good sharp focus on the bird as well, and it also has a repeating theme with the other birds. Great depth in this shot. This would be a great shot for the current "Double Take" challenge. |

HungryHorseby bvlindalouComment: Everyone is making such a fuss over a simple everyday pasture scene. It is an exceptional image, with the way the backlight puts a halo around the horse, and the cows on the horizon give it such depth and scale. I also like the green foreground, and the awesome sun rays. I find that the white in the left sky pushes my eyes down into the area where the horse is, so in a way that adds to the strength of the composition.
Great job, and congrats on a very high score and fine challenge finish. |

Trifecta.jpgby smellyfish1002Comment: It was a good find to see this leaf sticking straight up like this and to capture the reflection so well too. |

Nature's Paletteby RayEthierComment: What a beautiful scene. I like the way you placed yourself on the left side of the road so that the road divides the lush looking green grass and the barn from the colorful hillside. |
