Racing-Colors.jpgby bergiekatComment: Great shapshot portrait of someone who is "into it" big time.
You may be able to reduce the reflection in the glasses quite a lot with the same tool that you use to remove dust bunnies. I have done that before, just keep working to the center of the reflection from the edges of it, blending the darker outside edge into the reflection. Experiment with different size brushes with the tool. |

Indiana Dunes National Lakeshore Buildingby wickee_oneComment: The time was right for this capture, with the lights on the building balanced with the light level of the rest of the shot so well. I would guess that the building has a history of interest. Nice processing with this shot. |

Day 25 - Yet Another Lighthouseby wickee_oneComment: This is beautiful. The small band of orange, and the long reflection in the water tend to draw my attention straight to the lighthouse. I also like the reflection of the sky colors in the water. What a low sky. |

Someone You Can Look Up To by SandyPComment: This has to be one of the best critter shots ever! I love those tall long tounged ones. I think you made the right choice too. The angle and the expression are just precious, and the light, crop, and background are perfect. Congrats on another blue. |

Space Shuttle Atlantisby marboComment: It's very easy to get so excited that you almost forget to press the shutter when this is going on. I can see why you might forget to check iso setting. It's a very good image of an awesome experience. You were fortunate to be there, and that they launched when the light was so "right". Message edited by author 2007-10-25 23:23:00. |

No. 1by GermaineComment: Happiness is a good wave, or the right time, equipment and talent to photograph it well. If I hold my ear to the screen, I can hear the ocean : ) |

No. 4 (Secret Spot)by GermaineComment: I like this shot best of the group, due to the little spots of bright color, and the different foreground from the ordinary surfing shots. Soft was a good choice too, as it takes the edge off just enough to keep details from being too interesting so that they distract from enjoying the image as a whole. |

Shadowsby EstimatedEyesComment: This is an eye catching shot. I would try it again later, from near street level to try to get a big perspective sort of shot down the shadow of the chain. I like the grainy processing. |
