30 - Flowingby ErikVComment: Lovely wet spot shot. Good capture with all the levels being within dynamic range of the camera. You didn't blow out the moving water, good job. |

Floatingby ErikVComment: Impressively still water. The pose of the bird is just right. The leaf is good, but I think that I would scrub most of the stem off. The stem makes a line that leads to the leaf, but the leaf itself adds to the depth of the shot without being overwhelming. The stillness infers silence, and that is very good. |

Exitingby cogeroxComment: Very sharp, and the water looks good with the ripples and reflections. |

chandelier1.jpgby sweazeaComment: Excellent shot for the available lighting. I can't imagine having to rebuild that chandelier. What a nice job they did restoring it. I am sure that they anchored it to the ceiling better this time. That crash must have been very embarrassing. Hope no one was hurt in the crash.
Too bad you couldn't have shot with a ND filter or small aperture, and had someone blink the lights in the fixture one time while the shutter was open to have the lights on without blowing them out in the image.
What "Art" said, and welcome to DPC. Have fun, learn much and enjoy the site. |

27 - Waterfall in Winterby ErikVComment: Pretty, but too cold for me. The white stuff is Florida native repellent.
I am enjoying the armchair tour of winter thru everyone's images in this challenge. |

26 - Low Riderby ErikVComment: That is cute, a "stealth duck". Great colors and focus/sharpness. |

Day 29by tinky2Comment: Love the evening colors and that you captured a bird in the sky too. I like to capture birds in my sunsets too, but people think that it is sensor bunnies, and fuss about it.
This is a very relaxing looking scene. I see from the ripples behind the first boat that there is a little current running. I wish that I was there sipping something with rum in it and listening to parrot head music while watching the sky go firey then dark. |

Day 28by tinky2Comment: That's a nice lineup. They are all doing different things. The reflection is good too. |
