Together Aloneby RetroesqueComment: Great title, and the shot is a good example of the way imagination can put young and old alike into their own little worlds. The dock being several feet above the water really helps with the isolation of the subjects from the background by way of DOF. |

Bottle Brush by AliciaComment: If you have a cloudy day WB setting, try shooting flowers using that WB. You may have to desat a little. I usually shoot flowers under exposed a bit, then brighten up in pp. Flowers do strange things with UV light, and the camera picks up on some of it I think.
