That's a cute little bird house. The shovel thing is a great idea, and the little chimney is a thoughtful touch. They would need a fireplace from what I have been seeing recently from up that way.

This is sweet! The blurred background looks like a snow bank.

I was thinking "What a crazy scene" and that I would like to see this full screen, even before I read philup's comment.

I like the "Christmas Card" look of this shot. It's wonderful that your community has a common bonding sport like this, and I am sure that it makes it a lot less stressful to live there.

I like your choice of DOF to highlight the furniture. That is a very lovely rural looking view that you have from your home. The monochrome adds by removing color distraction for such a complex image.

This is another of your recent trademark evening shots. If you have access to the switch for the lights, you can set up with a tripod and long exposure (1 sec or longer) and have someone blink the light one time, very briefly during the exposure to get an entirely different effect. It's extra good with small aperture, or cross star filter.
What you are doing is very dramatic, and it makes for interesting photos. I think part of the mystique is in the shadow areas.

I like this whole scene. I also see the bit of pink color in the snow in the foreground. Your home area with it's rolling hills is one of the most picturesque places in the country in the winter, for snowy landscape shots.

That's a grand view from the feet up POV. I like the reflection of the sky in the floor too. Happy Birthday Tim!

This is a nice little bite of life. I like that you went vertical and included the horizon and the jet ski as well as the people nearby. Good colors with the contrasting clothing on the people.
