This is a very nice outdoor portrait. I feel that a tighter crop would have been a little nicer to show the good details at the DPC viewing size. I like the B&W conversion.

Beautiful shot, and perfect light and exposure. I see what you mean about the sharpness and shutter speed. Camera stability is the main reason that I use a monopod for most of my shooting. I like the results that you are getting with that lens.

Nice job of catching the fading light at the end of the day in this shot. Try to keep warm. I think that parts of me would freeze and fall off If it went up there this time of year.

Mother and Babies - Day 17

This is really sweet Shez! I like this shot best of the 3 you have posted today.
We now have 6 new chickens running around in our yard. Little ones are just too cute. We live in a neighborhood with many people from Mexico, and having chickens seems to be just a part of their culture. They come to my yard to eat the left over parrot feed with the squirrels, and wild birds that come daily.
