Jan 25.jpgby Mr_PantsComment: That is a nice shot for a night shot while in motion. I like both the color and the grain just fine. That's a lot of lights to run on just one wind generator LOL. You were quite fortunate in this shot in that the moon was lined up perfectly between the two power lines. |

_DSC0893.jpgby sulamkComment: Ha ha, it's a jerky turkey! Funny, and good timing to get it.
Yeah, I know, it's a guinea but it sounded good. They make great "watch-birds". Nothing can sneak by those noisy things. |

Ice Rink on the Edge Day 24by riversongComment: We don't have that problem in this part of the country LOL. I like sign photos too, and this is a cool one partly because of the beautiful view in the background. |

Day 22 - The Hiveby shutterpuppyComment: That certainly is a crazy looking building. It somehow reminds me somewhat of a 50's sci fi comic book about a place in the future, or in space somewhere. It looks so different that you almost have to react to seeing it. Excellent POV and finished image too. |

Waitingby GermaineComment: One of the components of this that is quite unusual is that you got the shot with things lined up so that the close edge of the water is almost invisible because of the shadow of the bench. Good shot for a blah kind of day. |

Day 24 - The Daffodils are Comingby MaryOComment: Nice POV! I use my picture stick (monopod) and hold the camera upside down on top of my boot or shoe, and shoot with the self timer to get this kind of thing. I am older now, and it is easier for me to shoot several that way than just one by getting down on the ground to carefully compose a shot. Down is easy , back up, not so easy LOL. The high iso adds a softness that I like to this scene. |

Jan 24.jpgby Mr_PantsComment: That's a cool trick. I hope that the aluminum doesn't cause an electrochemical reaction with the cleaner and the faucet metal. My mother used to slice a couple of limes, and rub them around in the sink, and on the fixtures, then leave the juice for a while, in order to get the rust and scale off. |
