Day-30.jpgby ZeppKashComment: That's a lot of texture. The smooth curve is good too. In the thumb, I thought it to be the end of a sawed off branch, but instantly knew what it was when I opened the image to full size. |

Day 30 - Tulipby hajekaComment: Perfect angle for this shot. The light fall off, and low key lighting make this shot sweet. The blossom is perfect too which is very pleasing to view

Day 31 - Shellsby hajekaComment: Lovely textures in the sand and shells. The straight down angle keeps everything in the image sharp which is also very nice for this shot. |

Peep vs Chick by rmh31284Comment: Great job with existing light, and congrats on the ribbon. Awesome for only your second submission. This shot raised your average score statistic quite a lot. : ) |

Day 27: Easter Flowersby EstimatedEyesComment: Lovely colors, and DOF makes it even more special. Sharp, with good fall off into the great bokeh. The one behind the front one leads gently into the bokeh area. |

sdwap_2449.jpgby garrywhite2Comment: Nice catch! I have the same flowers growing in a flower bed near my driveway, but we don't see hummingbirds more than once in every couple of years here. A little processing would make this shot impressive. |

badger 126.JPGby icu1965Comment: This is an evocative image, because the fog is so heavy, and layered to just below the deck of the boat. There is a bit of mystery in the left edge, like maybe a piling almost got into the image. I can sense the cool dampness of the fog when I see this image. Thanks for the virtual visceral trip to the shoreline. |

macro27.jpgby icu1965Comment: Lenses make great macro subjects with their curves and engraved lettering. I see that you have a Canon film shooter. You can get adapters on fleaBay that will allow you to use the FD series lenses on the new digital Eos Canons, so don't ditch the great FD glass yet. |
