P&S Day 10 - Wetlandsby JuliBocComment: I understand the problem with image file size here at DPC. A photo that has all the rich little details like this one must have, gets quite busy looking when you make it posting sized for DPC. I try to keep my challenge shots simple for that reason.

P&S Day 9 - Waiting for Mammaby JuliBocComment: What a nice close up of a normally rather shy bird. I have a difficult time getting within 100 ft of these little guys. You are so fortunate to have such a good location to go and shoot all your wonderful bird shots.

Day 9: Water Droppletsby bobonacusComment: Grand macro shot. It took me a while to figure out the POV. That was good use of the little Gpod, and the stand. Creative thinking and a good resulting image. the droplets look almost like little blisters. |

take offby tnunComment: The focus point seems to be on the closest waves to me. If you try this shot again with the P&S, try putting it in "landscape" mode, so that it will be shooting for distance only. I like the scene. I didn't know that these cameras worked that early in the day. : )
