Golden Eyes

Awesome cat photo! The white fur stands out from the BG, and makes the cat look like you could almost touch it in the image. There is one wild hair above the ear on the right that seems to lead my eyes away from the subject. The combination of white cat, yellow eyes, yellow flowers, and vignette make for a spectacular image.

This worked out nicely, to get the great DOF at the long focal length. She must have been pretty far away from your position to have the whole scene in focus like this. The peach colored sky is a very "Pacific" signature thing. I got that in a couple of my photos when I was in Ensenada a couple of years ago.

Nice job, and that was a good trick too. I have done similar shots using 300mm and a 15mm fisheye, but with an in camera double exposure.
There is a bit of a distraction that the moon is in front of the cloud in this one.

The place is fabulous, and the early evening light is great. The person with the walking stick and the unusual pose add a great element of curiosity to the image. The B&W gives it a very "film camera" sort of look. Thanks for sharing this little scene with us.
