Easter Bunny Droppingsby RuchartComment: My original vote on this shot was high. My second round of looks dropped it way down. Now it's back somewhere in the middle ... I just can't decide if I like this composition, etc... The reflections are a bit distracting - why not bounce the light instead of direct? Did you want that effect? |

"My garden ...really!"by pt2meComment: HI! When I think "make color the most important element" of the picture - I'm not sure this is what I had in mind. I like that colors, but what about a different composition? Something closer to the first orange bud? Just an idea, but it's your garden - you can always go back and try it. :) |

Northumberlandby howzaComment: There are a lot of distracting elements in this photo - the reflection in the near water, the crappy land in the middle, the trees before the color...Is color really a central and tying idea to this pic or is it just a pic with good colors in it? Colorful Bloomby cykhansenComment: Damn Damn Damn! I'm not sure how much control you had over this shot, but that flower is PERFECT. I wish the bg was one solid color - a studio shot of some kind - for a flower this beautiful. The colors are amazing and this would truly be one of my faves of the week if the bg wasn't so discombobulated. |

Rosesby kandyjComment: The direct lighting on top of the flower makes it look bright and pretty. It makes me wish the direct light was somewhere in front of the whole picture, though, so that it brightened the whole bud. I like that there's two buds, but the background color lets the green show too much and the plants behind are distracting. |
