Study in Lighting and Textures (Pineapple no. 11)by TooCoolComment: I do like this. Personally I wonder whether it should have had all the pineapple with some foliage or all the foliage with some pineapple included? As it is we have some of both.
You have certainly caught both the texture and lighting just right. |

Ormson's - Fruits & Vegetablesby FrostyPawsComment: Despite my best efforts I'm really not convinced that Fruit & Veg look good in B&W - but that's obviously a personal viewpoint. Perhaps if you want to go B&W with F&V you ned to look for items that have a real texture and grain that can be brought out by the mono approach. Still get's a vote though. |

You've actually captured the shot very nicely (perhaps the Kiwi could have been a tad greener), but there seems to be a lot of splashing water in this comp. Still nice, still gets a vote. |

maiden voyageby boodComment: like this, I wonder wheter the salk should have gone out tohe top of the frame though to carry on the notion of it swinging ? As it is it is sort of zooming through space rather than actually swinging. |
