Nice strong colours, interesting choice of going for motion blur and static background.
As the background has quite a lot of lines and distractions (goal on the right, red frame on the left, building showing through the trees etc), I think I would have been more tempted to pan with the cyclists, keep their colour and vibrancy, and blur the background. This is obviously personal taste though :- )

Technically the shot would be stronger if there were not quite so many strong lines in the background which tend to distract, and if the little girl was on the right cycling 'into' the picture, instead of cycling out of it. I do like the shadow of the trees though and you have a very pretty model there so I am sure you can get plenty more pictures of her.

The door mat on the right is unfortunately distracting, and I wonder whether some eye contact may have made this a more powerful shot?

But still a good shot and well done on a PB (Personal Best).
