Weightlessby shutchesonComment: Fascinating shot - her face looks so serene (and dry) while the rest of her is so clearly wet :- ) |

The Whisper by roby21112Comment: Very striking picture - nice balance of colours and tones, along with a good strong diagonal formed by the wier. |

Looking to the Futureby JedusiComment: Originally posted by posthumous: great, quirky shot, one leopard appearing from another. It reminds me of those weird paintings where they paint one animal and then paint a landscape inside the animal with other animals in it. Except yours is much much much better. |
Thank you for your kind words Don - the title and composition is meant to help the viewer look beyond the great big Mother in the foreground, and focus in on the little baby (the future) who has to carry a heavy burden on her spotty little shoulders if the breed is to survive and ever hope to flourish again.
Hence the presence of the mother, but the focus and clarity on the cub. |

Um, that would be God reaching down to poke me in the chest and tell me to straighten up and fly right. ;-) Maybe the hand should be bigger and/or have lightning shooting from the fingers? :) |
Skip the lightning - I could see where you were coming from :- )
Cool shot. |

La Grande Illusionby h2Comment: Oliver - I didn't even see this until now - perhaps lacking the punchiness of the first shot - but nice gentle pastels, (and as) ever beautifully lit and composed.
Very nice shot and good placing. |
