I am trying to begin. maybe with the corn. I'm thinking some robber baron Vanderbilt type commissioned this bust modelled on a wife/daughter/mother (did robber barons have lovers or just mistresses?} wanting desperately to connect with the first Europeans on the N. A. continent, how successfully they too stole from the earth, the culture... Or maybe I should go with the many but repetitively eyed stole, snatched by some fashionista designer from owl or South Park culture...
