Can't be objective here. We have a small converted to electric woodchipper worth its weight in gold; but we also have a stand of trees of nearly the same configuration (including background trees) and fall colour that I almost entertained the thought you had stolen one of my photos, though I've never posted any. Alas our piles rarely steam like the professionals'.

This is delightful. Love the tapestry made by the pondweed and leaves, and the slightly weird effect of the ducks in and out, and the colours. Of course it IS water, if mostly implied, a subtlety worth points in my book.

This is beautifully composed and defined. I'm not a fan of the slow speed waterfall, but here it is a good element and a wonderful contrast to the nicely defined small rapids below. Yeah, and I love the dark stuff.

Some Weird Amoeba Colony

I like weirdness, and yes, the droplet is, in fact, going to "eat" the other. Silvery colour and DOF suggestive.
