Wonderful colour treatment - brings out all the elements in just the right way. Like especially the wrinkly bright cloud and the tall tree and its reflection.

Dang. Wrote you a great long comment and was sure I had posted. Love the treatment, but mostly that the wood, above and below form very suggestive even classic shapes that I like. (None of them dog faces, btw). Like a lot.

Lovely roundnesses. Gull pops forward out of picture, and blue shadows on him work very well with light behind him.

Like the colour effect. Am drawn to two aspects here: the light picking up the dusting of pollen/leaf litter on the still water, and the way the light works on foliage and trees in the upper background. MelonM may be right about the size limiting the appreciation of the whole.
