Rice Pond Sunsetby cogeroxComment: Delectable. That subtle shoreline and beyond, that wibbling blue to pink action in the clouds centre to upper left, and the generous smooth reflecting lake to offset that sweet line. I happen to like wondering about the white things - something to do with the rice perhaps. |

Mt Lassen in Reflection Lakeby cogeroxComment: Composition gives strong feel of context. Reflection and Mt. L. almost a by-the-way, though everything leads to it. (I would think about cropping a 1/4" strip off the right, preserving shoreline but lessening tree chop-off). Very thoughtful photo. |
