Jabberwockyby xianartComment: Brillig indeed. (Yet another poem in my head - actually the 2nd one I briefly thought to picture, but I am too literal; meanwhile I am out in the wabe crushing the slithy toves that gyre and gimble in all my tenderest shoots). What next? Maybe a new overlay? |

Fallen treeby hajekaComment: That is one big tree. (Willow/Salix?) At first I thought it very different from mine: you have the bark and those fine squiggly branches so enticingly reflected in the water. And I still think that is the strength in this picture. My second thought is yes, it is like mine - big old tree reaching out, even if fallen, over good reflecting mostly smooth water, a kind of basic nature happening, given that trees grow near water, get old and make their eloquent way to the great beyond. Yours is more difficult to photograph yet you managed to convey its character and mass. |

the Wonder Yearsby JutildaComment: So enchanting a capture it almost doesn't need words. Your title is good, I also think Song without Words, Songs of Innocence, even Eyes That HATH Seen... Certainly a picture for all time. |
