As We Wereby GermaineComment: Black and white gets to the heart of the matter: Mr. Cool looking just a wee bit jowly. |

Contortby smithmaComment: Most impressive are the hands, the fingers. You draw with your body. Light is good. The greater obscurity on one side is balanced by the lighted shoulder on the other, IMO. (If you were to do anything to this amazing shot, I would think about that faint triangle of light on the right forearm, and just maybe a little "arranging" of the lint on the floor - I don't mind it because it gives texture. I AM leary of all the centering advice - it would throw off the balance of light in dark in the picture; besides I think you had a sense for doing it the way you did). |

freeby RetroesqueComment: Strong, effective, and I love the way his legs, with help of his flaring robe, seem to bow out in the happy little "free" jog trot. |

LLOuttake2.jpgby salmiakkiComment: Many many sweet lines, working sweetly together. Also sweet is the way the man is leaning/swiveling in consonance with these lines. Yes, this IS a better picture than your challenge entry, though that was interesting and seemed to have lines leading further; this is just so much more integrated. |

.......by jdannelsComment: Don't know what I think yet. I am taken with both the almost Titian-voluptuous cloud, and the simple almost delicate silhouette of bridge and chasm, but despite the similar centredness in each I don't feel a place for the viewer. It could be the bridge is too centred. |

week-9by LanndonKaneComment: Like the treatment of the light feathers and the hint of detail - it speaks "feather" rather more that the feather would itself. Not sure about the dark line of the quill. |

Week #5by SonifoComment: Oh, bad, bad everyone. Me too (first thought after reading your remarks waiting for slow download, and nearly killed myself laughing at all the comments). Dirt, grunge, shadows well done. |
