Man and Fountainby figaroComment: Missed commenting on this: I still like it too! What pleases me particularly is the detail in the man's jacket and hair - something to get your teeth into before you go dreaming into the bokeh of the fountain exuberance. |

Get Wellby jmritzComment: It is the subtlety. Of each of the main flavours - sweet solidarity and gentle humour - and their combination that makes the aftertaste such a je ne sais quoi. (My only suggestion would be to pluck out the 5 and 6 votes and make them all 10's - leaving the 2,3 and 4 votes as is out of respect for human frailty). |

After Lunch [BW]by bvyComment: Hmn. Moments like this - zigging back and forth between the 2 versions - make me think I need some serious art training. In the original, the similarities in dress were more salient because we could SEE that they were more or less the same colour, and I found that delightful. ("More or less" is a useful and desirable thing in my opinion). On the other hand the background flowers seemed to pull us away from these more or less similarities; so yes, the BW is tighter and pulls us straight into the conversation of these two, but now I miss "knowing" their similar colour choices. Overall I think this one has a greater quicker kick. |

dogfeetdp.jpgby IraklisComment: Like this as is. Love the feet, all in such varied stages of purposeful stride, receding into the distance. And the dog who is a puzzle to us, but not to himself. |

Morning Shiftby GermaineComment: Now this is rich! Great tones, great sense of flying by, windows, reflections, shutters, lines and stripes everywhere, and yes, I think he saw you. |

Kitty play toyby MelethiaComment: Ha. Nice diagonal tension. (Expert editing would have allowed you to highlight, just a tad, that clever wicked little toe claw). |
