Wow! Such wonderful lighting and tone! Personally I don't like the sloping angle, I keep wanting to tilt my head. I think the diagonals would have been there either way right? So I'm giving it a 9. Just one other thought and I know this probably sounds crazy, but it would have been neat if the 3rd pair of sandels was in equal light.

I like the harsh lighting and shadows. Maybe if the background was a little cleaner and the wheat? at the top left wasn't there it would have more impact ON ME. Overall though I think you did a fantastic job.
