The Gatheringby aznymComment: I really don't know why I like this so much...did you have to go and break all the rules? Too dark, to busy, blah blah blah...8 |

Ave Mariaby grigrigirlComment: I really don't get it, but it is a very nice treatment nonetheless....your post processing is so dramatic that it makes everything else work. 8 |

Desert Worshipby sfarrell23Comment: Very nice! You've done the b/w conversion so well....I don't know how in the world you got such a dark sky with high sun lighting....I'm assuming it is sunlit, but maybe it wasn't? Anyway, great shot capturing the shapes and textures. 10 |

Ritualby LonzComment: A wedding ceremony seems out of place, but who knows maybe marriage is their religion? I love the lighting on the upper 2/3s of the photo but the bottem seems strange to me...maybe too contrasty? I've never said that before LOL. I think a little tighter crop would have been better too so as to get rid of the slivers of window...7 |

in top of the worldby dl_maggiComment: I almost didn't notice the shadow..very neat capture. This would have really been neet in an advanced challenge where you could have burned the shadow and dodged the rocks...I haven't gone through the free study shots yet, maybe you have a version in there LOL. Anyway, it is a great capture either way. 8 |

My Bibleby lissylouComment: I think your white balance must have been off or something before you converted this to greyscale...the whites look too dark. The shadows are pretty good and I like the fact there are some true blacks..I just wish there were some true whites...maybe increasing the contrast would have helped. Strange religion you have....6 (The lighting is really good) |

Tismana's Saintsby TM88Comment: I like the natural framing, but the processing looks strange to me. Maybe it is over sharpened a little? It is a nice capture though. 7 |

Stigmataby JariComment: I just commented on the other nail pearced shots...maybe there are more. This is very well done and I love the lighting. Maybe to graphic to score high but I commend you for submitting it anyway. 9 |

...forthwith there came out blood and water.by mpetersComment: You are brave (for the submission not the actual pose - well for that too!) and I hope you are rewarded for it. Somehow I don't think to many will like it but I hope I'm wrong. Did you try and selective desat blood on the left ankle? Maybe it is just my monitor. 8 |
