Amazing composition! The perspective works so well here and the "cleaness" of everything. If you were painting a scene in the impressionistic tradition this is what you would paint....

I voted a while back and didn't leave a comment so I'm doing that now....I gave this an 8 and I really like the composition and "fitness" of challenge. The tones and lighting are just fantastic. The strange background really works well to support the subjects. I am a very "simple" composition person so that is why I took off a little as there seems to be to many "exta" object thrown in. Other than that small personal taste thing it is a wonderful photo.

Very interesting view. I really like the church steeple with the cross that is a beacon in the night. Sometimes camera angle can add interest to a composition, but I don't think it works here in my humble opinion. It looks like a mistake (not haveing the horizon level) rather than a design element. I like the photo overall and makes for a great b/w.

I have to admit I don't get this. When I go through my mind of past impressionist greats this isn't the style that comes to the top. I have to be missing something so I'm not going to vote....Modern impressionism perhaps?

Awesome work! The only thing I can suggest that might have made it a little more interesting is some darkening of the bottom edge of the "bank". It would have added some needed contrast and provided stability. Great job though. - 8

Wow, that took a lot of work! This would be such an awesome photo if the purple background leaves didn't overpower the photo so much. Perhaps if the wall in the back was white and you used the white petals for the background and/or got a little more seperation....I actually hate that I'm not giving this a 10 for effort, but I just can't...

Awesome burst of color! I love the composition and "treatment". The purple seems a little out of place with the yellow, red and green but it is still pretty pleasing to me. 7
