This is a great subject. Excellent detail, and I love the color tones. I do wonder if you took shots from other angles and settled in on this as a final choice. The crop is a little tight for my taste, I'd like to see more of this photogenic creature in the shot. I don't like the tiny tan key-line border on this because it almost looks like a bad crop at a glance. all-in-all - great shot - 9

My first reaction to this photo, is WOW, great color.

After I ponder a bit, I think, these are only apartments. There is nothing going on here. There is no “out on the town” here at all. Then I think to myself…… Myself, these apartments are empty because the people are all "out on the town".
