Beautiful landscape! I like it as it is, and the colors appear true to life. But I think just a little mid tone compression could give the foreground a little more detail and would add some definition to the clouds as well. it might just give it a little snap. I really like the graduation of light and color into the distance. The purple flowers on the right are perfectly placed and the abundance of color on the ground tells the story about the season and life in the desert. 9
(I'm glad you didn't straighten the frame to the trees).

This is a spectacular wildlife composition! The color is good and the bird is beautiful, but the double image blur is a major distraction to me. This obviously isn't the type of shot you can go back and re-shoot. 5

Country Dream

To me; this entry represents everything I love about photography. To pull the viewer into a place they've never been and have them reminiscing about a time in their life when they were at just such a place. The dirt road seems almost symbolic of harder times but when looking back down that road the mind can see only the beauty and charm of life's journey.

The lighting could not have been better to create the almost "drops of sunlight" in the trees. Your color choice is just perfect for keeping this timeless. These are all the things I aspire to as a photographer. Congratulations on not only my highest rated picture of the challenge, but one of my all time favorite images on DPC. This is simply a stunning capture in the middle of a daydream.
