Nice shot Lisa and I love the B&W conversion....I think this would have placed even higher in the current POV challenge (but there again how often does it happen that you get a 'perfect' picture either a week too early or late for a challenge

I like the dof you created on this shot although I will confess that sines and cosines are all Greek to me

Sorry you are feeling challenge burnout, I guess that fighting through it is a positive step to take

I always maintain that the bottom line is not how a picture scores but how you feel about it and that you enjoyed taking it, the rest is a mere bagatelle

Karen, a classic example of how to make something simple a thing of beauty. So many wonderful touches here. The great leading lines, the placement of the lighthouse on a rule of third intersection and a sky and clouds which I find truely breathtaking

Alicia, I loved the colour in this one, although for some reason the pier is coming over a little blurry (I have a big thing about piers!!!!)

Is this offensive - Not to me
Is it attractive - Not to me (but I am not a big fan of tattoos)
Is it a good idea - Hmmmmm possibly a little cliched in the big wide world but a very good concept for this challenge
Is it well executed - Pretty much so
Is it well composed - Yes

All things considered I give it a 7. Hope you feel the comment is fair
