Not sure if the over saturation is purposeful, but made the bench area distracting and I almost missed the woman and dog altogether.

little tighter aperture may have given a bit more saturation in the background and sky (maybe even a polarizer). Interesting waves created out in the middle of the water.

Drawn to the gate, for sure. Tad bright on the ground, made it darker above. The detail in the roof above (beams etc) would have brought out the picture even more.

the "north/south" lines draw my eyes up to the stoplights. Hard to get the colors right with the evening light, since your red light is yellow
