Is this a "wave" in rock? Very cool. Definitely weather related. It seems just a touch too bright for my taste. Love the rust colors. I do not like the red border, doesn't matter for my votes though.

Great colors!! The focus appears just a bit beyond the dead fall, and in the water. Would a vertical shot or crop have gotten more of the tree in and then it disappearing out the corner?

Weather is there. Not sure if you tryed to oversharpen, but there is a lot of weird artifact within the photo, especially around the bright drops. looks like little crosshatches all over the picture

I think cropping out some of the top part that is black would give a better affect.

this looks like a very good shot, with the lighting and shadows. Hard to tell the rest. Start off with the 640 pixel (longest side), and adjust the quality down to get under the 150kb size. My rule of thumb. I will drop the size down if the quality setting drops below 80%, and then the size never below 512 pixels on the longest side. Hope it helps. Looks like a great photo.
