the back road homeby steveo62989Comment: I wish you had full use of the size allowance - this deserves to be seen larger. The scene is lovely, with good composition and colour. At this resolution, 'though, nothing appears sharp - not sure if this is a focussing fault, or a problem with post processing for save for web. Did you use any USM? If not, using a little can help to add definition to a photo. |

Exit from this lifeby rugman1969Comment: I would have cropped in tighter - or waited for the cars to move, as they provide an unnecessary distraction. |

Autumnby SimmoniqqComment: there seems to be a slight tilt to the left here - slightly disconserting, and I would say well worth straightening, as the photo is good. |

Final Exitby nzorroComment: Not a lot of blood for a slit wrist - must have missed the artery! The concept is good, and the composition and focus is right, but the lack of blood takes away some 'credibility' - that said, if it were there you would probably be slated for gratuitous gore.... |

Morning Lightby Boomer911Comment: Gorgeous light, super background. You were clearly up early, and it has paid off. Lovely. |

A Face Only a Mother Could Loveby rayg544Comment: A Muscovy duck? They certainly are ugly, aren't they! You have got good crisp focus on the head area, but I rather wish you had got down lower, to the duck's level. |

Segull over the seaby sarsonukComment: The gulls have rather got lost in this photo. A narrower depth of field might have helped isolate them a little. The alternative is waiting (and waiting, and waiting, if necessary) until they are closer to you so that they can feature more prominantly sizewise. |
