I think a little bit of subconcious jealousy may have crept into the scoring here! I gave a 6 - I liked the clarity of the watch face counteracted by the oof strap with its pleasing highlights. The angle of the watch is also good. There is clearly a shallow dof, although would have had to have been a more obvious feature to have encouraged me to vote higher.

The idea is superb, and the headphones do look just like ovaries and womb - there is even a fallopian tube! However, as a photograph it doesn't quite make the mark - the lighting is weak, and focus is hazy.
