I do like the sense of night that this low key image provides, but I would have scored higher if the composition had a lower vantage point. As it is, the rat is looking down on the dog.

A strong entry for the challenge. I do rather wish that you had waited until the two passers-by were out of the frame - they break up what would be a really strong triangular composition of the three guys.

I've just read your notes, Roz. How exciting to have such an exotic bird coming to your garden! Mind you, I seem to remember they can be very noisy. The colours in this are totally fabulous.
