... good bye world.by cptpolandComment: I'm not ususlly very keen on hyper-saturation, but here it works. This is in a league above most sunset shots, and I think that is all in the detail: the tip of the sun as it disappears over the horizon matching to your title so well, the balance of the trees and their wonderful reflections, and the diagonal clouds (or dispersing contrails?) leading the eye. |

Somebunnies Watching Meby MaryOComment: Oh God, that is so seriously cute! The choice of background is perfect giving a wonderful restricted colour palette. the only thing that possibly improve this is if the rabbit to the far left had proved a little more co-operative and looked inwards! Might be worth submitting this to some greeting card companies. |

The last momentby ZigomarComment: This really intrigues me, and is a photo I have viewed a number of times. Aside from any story or purpose, it is a technically sound image; on an aesthetic perspective, it works very well with its thoroughly balanced composition and excellent colour palette and tonal range. The narrative has, to a certain extent, gone over my head - I can see the relationship of the clock to the title, but not the other elements. This is by no means a criticism , I am thoroughly looking forward to reading your explanation. Without being able to explain why, I admire this photograph tremendously.

Goldeneyeby korpenComment: There is a pair of Goldeneye on my local lake - i only discovered yesterday on BBC Springwatch that they are rare in the UK! This photo is a little soft in focus, but the pose is sufficiently interesting to compensate. |

Looking to God at York Minsterby alpharichComment: A view I know well - I have alarmed a number of visitors to York (including Melethia aka Deb) by lying down on the floor to take the same shot. You have a good photo here, and one that I would be pleased to have taken. I do wish, though, that it was a little more symmetrical, with the same amount of arch showing top and bottom - perhaps worth trying a new crop?
