strollers02.jpgby JerseyGenieComment: Experiments are good, both for the photographer, and for the viewer. I think on balance this one doesn't quite do it for me. There are elements that I really like, and I would highlight here the strolling couple, but I wish the gull had a little more contrast. |

A Feathered Friendby MelonMusketeerComment: Good use of back-lighting, and I like the fact that the wing is fully extended displaying that wonderful splay of feathers. I have never seen one of these birds, except in photos - must be an impressive sight to see in the wild! |
