Diane, apologies for thinking it was captive - our red foxes are very, very wary of humans. I think I would prefer this photo if it was taken from the same eye level as the fox, rather than looking down from above.

The chick is cute, and the exposure against the blue sky reasonable, but the photo is lacking in sharpness, clarity and detail.

I find it hard to believe that this is a photograph in the generally accepted usage of the term 'wildlife photography'. It is a good photograph, but I am unconvinced this in the wild. Just in case I am wrong, I am not going to vote.

Edit. To make my voting consistent I am going to vote, but adjust downwards for a photo of a captive animal - if I am wrong, my apologies.
