Yeah - Either Costello or a retro Buddy Holly (at least he is from the correct state and country). And don't underestimate ol' Buddy...he was incredibly ahead of his time and blew away so many others of his vintage

I especially like how you isolated the raw energy in the image on the right, focusing on his face is so easy to do in that frame

Fantastic collage. The cross processed feel adds so much nostalgia to the image and those bright reds really jump because of it.
