Gelati-Makerby BAMartinComment: i like the warm rich lighting and the details in the background behind the man - i would just look at whether you can fix the almost overly noisy skin on the main character |

Tucked Awayby HipychikComment: i love how the levels of details in the tree branches and slats of the shed just jump off the screen - really nice (and the composition of this is really good too!) |

Foggy morningby Yo_SpiffComment: Brilliant edit - i love how this almost completely bland shot (the unedit) with the dull sky and amazingly flat light can be taken to such a level - the fog is still evident, the details become the textures that make the shot, and that tree now has company |

The Arlington Hotelby bmartuchComment: Good choice of color boost on the brick work - it really emphasizes all the work put into building that cool old structure. The twisted horizon works for me here - although not a big fan of tilt. But I am not particularly fond of the color of the sky in your world - i think the color on the left looks better than the aqua on the right |

Arid Landby artvetComment: Awesome shot - love the richness of the conversion, the balance throughout, and the starkness of the land |

Still Life - Pears & Apples (?)by dswannComment: Nice take on the challenge. Clearly you took a lot of time to cut the fruit to deliver the 'not quite right' storyline. I guess some people thought you did this in photoshop and not in the kitchen!
Good work and congrats on the top 5 finish. |
