Late spring waxing gibbousby giantmikeComment: If you shorten that exposure more - 1/250 or so and fire it at about f8 - you might end up even sharper...
Remember that the moon is actually a big reflector of the sun, so it is going to be bright (as if in the daytime). Here is a recent take I did of the moon at much much faster shutter speed (the highs are not as blown out as seen in your attempt)
