The Sunby P_NutComment: pretty view - love the layers of hills. The only major problem is that I don't see an artificial light source in your image |

Suspiciousby scalvertComment: This one just makes me laugh - such a "Steve" look. I've seen this face when watching his kids getting ready to do something they shouldn't Message edited by author 2007-11-13 08:25:12. |

Laurie Gallows...by scalvertComment: Excellent shot - great job capturing her personality. Laurie does strike me as the gallows type... |

Chimps Ahoy!by scalvertComment: If I recall, Nick was saying something along the lines of:
"Gee, if I just had a Nikon, my shot would really look good..." |

1/7 OK Fungai..Tell Me A Jokeby jonfrommkComment: Jon- Why are you no longer a chef? Was it do to the use of the wrong kind of these guys on an unsuspecting customer? LOL
I like the color and the grass to contrast the mushroom, but I am not a fan of the short cropping here - It just seems too closed in for me.

5/7 A Tricky Choice by jonfrommkComment: i like the expression of your daughter here - the look of bliss.
i like the donut - but I prefer the original sticky ones best
the desat does not bother me here - but I think that it needs to connect more with the rest of the image (the b/w needs to be brighter
I do not like the processing with regards to the b/w conversion. It all seems a bit too gray....haven't we discussed this before!!!!! That shirt collar of your daughters is white, not gray, right?! Use that histogram friend! Use that histogram! |
