Catastrophe

are they dead bees .. or wasps .. wasps have cells similar to whats in your photo ..
but it can be catastrophe of sorts when any insect life is destroyed .. even the dreaded wasps ..

anyway .. i'll say what i thought when this first opened .. WOW .. what an amazing image .. loving all the testures and the tones ..
then i thought of dead wasps .. :(

this should do brilliantly in the challenge .. you have created a work of art from that catastrophe ..

its interesting how the cars we drive have morphed from works of art over the years .. to very sterile and all the same .. almost ..
but lots of the working tractors and such seem to have retained their old world charm . could be the utility of them ..
this is me just winging it .. i could be completely wrong about the working machinery ..

especially loving the light in the distance and the solitary figure .

my absolute favourite in the challenge .. not just because its a different take but because its such an emotive image .. perfect bnw edit as well .. :)

i met a man and his dog at the dog park one day and he told me the story of how his dog had been dropped off at a local shelter in the middle of the night and left there .. they knew what had happened because of the cct footage .. how can anyone drop their dog off and drive away .. its beyond comprehension ..
anyway the man adopted the dog and was saying how the dog was the best dog he'd ever had . such a beautiful temperament .. and so wonderful for his family .. got on with everyone .. and other dogs ..
anyway .. seeing this pic brings back that story that had a very happy ending .. not all dogs get that .. :(
