great image and great focus stacking .. i tried helicon but because it was on insects in the wild there were small movements of my body .. that meant that each image was slightly different from the others .. i wasnt able to get around that .. so i have to do it manually .. but i reckon that software would be brilliant for images that are exactly the same .. :)

i dont like to see bacon as i know that pigs are very intelligent .. and i cant help thinking of them in the process of being raised and dying ..
but each to his own ..
i have heard some ppl say that they couldnt live without bacon .. and i think .. if you knew how that animal gave up its life .. maybe you might change your mind ..
i apologize if i have antagonized anyone .. but thats what i think ..

i'm glad i'm not seeing those poor animals .. i'm actually a vegetarian mainly because i cant help feeling distress when i see a piece of meat on a plate .. thinking of the animal that gave its life .. and wondering what went on before it died ..
i feel sad that i have to feed my dog on a carnivorous diet .. !! .. because she eats chickens and beef etc .. :(

i totally agree with Bill .. there is such horror involved in the raising and slaughtering of the animals we eat .. unimaginable .. if ppl actually knew what went on there would be a tremendous outcry and something would have to change .. but because of the masking .. as bill says .. very little is done .. those animals are in our care .. those animals have feelings too .. it actually traumatizes me .. if ppl want to eat meat there are much more humane ways of doing it ..
i havent seen the rest of your series yet .. but the face on that nearest animal .. no words ..

this is as bad as seeing hajeka's food shots.. it makes me want to eat .. even tho I've just had my dinner and I'm a bit full ..

I tried the pics against a white background .. it lacked impact to me ..
so them I tried a black background.. without the thin white borders it looked unbalanced .. I did try greying out the borders a bit .. but the image seemed to look better with them as white .. they may have been better a tad thinner tho ..
