I love your entries here in dpc and I especially love reading your comments about what inspired you to create them ..

my personal thinking on your comment is ..
that we operate predominantly in a near unconscious state .. what I mean by that is we are programmed in our formative years .. and the programming we receive becomes who we are ..
however .. if we received a different program .. ie. a different family life or brought up in a different society etc .. then we would have different beliefs and behaviours ..
when we become aware that we can change the behaviours we find unhelpful in our lives .. and question .. we start to wake up ..
meditation is a wonderful tool to connect us to that core of who we really are .. and when that realization begins we also respond rather than react .. and consider the consequences of our actions ..
the consequences that impact on others and ourselves ..
as we hurt ourselves if we hurt others ..

I'm tapping this out on my phone .. lucky for you I'm not on my computer .. or I could become verbose .. !! .. lol ..

and I'll add .. these are my personal opinions .. you may have other ones ..
