hi wayne ... excellent shot .. love the sun shining thru the stones ... i get a feeling from this photo, which i think the shadows and the time of day help to evoke ... i really cant put into words, the particular feeling i get tho!! .. like solidity, permanence, and something akin to our humanity, and how we are here for a very short time, but here is something that was constructed by ppl who have become dust ... or even less!!! ... as you can see, i wasnt able to express the feeling ... but hey .. i tried!!!!

hi jeff ... i actually prefer the original!! .. but thats just my opinion .. i really like the orange lights in the original, and the white glow at the front door of the house that has the tree in front of it and how the cars and the street are more visible ... i like your processing of the sky tho ......

love your composition, its just soooooo busy .. excellent .. we have ppl in australia who swim in the winter at the beach and they are called icebergs, also frigid frogs ... there are more names i think for the different beaches that they go to .... the ppl who swim in that ppl at least have the heated water!!
