the reason i'm making these comments is coz i was in my own portfolio and noticed your comment on my sticky challenge with ants .. i personally think its pretty ordinary but you liked it ... anyway, i was very pleasantly surprised to find such a wonderful collection of artwork in your portfolio ....
this one in particular caught my eye as a thumb .. it's an amazing image ... in fact i absolutely love it ..... congratulations on your ribbon and an awesome shot ......

hey waddy ... havent seen this one before ... love this bird ... great colours and eating ICE ... who would've thort to give him ice?? ... we had a budgie who provided us with hours, sorry years, of laughter and enjoyment .. the laughter was at his expense of course ... he had a very large and intelligent vocabulary .. which is understandable seeing i did a lot of talking around him .. lol lol .....

omg omg .... i wasnt sure about the dog at first and so i looked harder, like where was its head etc ?? ... then it dawned on me .... funny as !!!!!! .. great shot ... love the whole image and then the realisation of wot the dogs doing .... just great ...
as a straight photograph without the humour i love it too .. i love the cuddly look of her coat and the lines created by the pavement and the shadows and the writing on the wall ...

yeah i reckon you do have a 'thing' for windows etc ... and a delightful thing too!!!!!! .... coz this is just excellent ... love how you've composed your shot ... and the sunlight on the window and the vines sort'v in shadow ..... gosh, this image keeps getting better each time i scroll up to see more while i'm commenting ... totally love the shadow of the window slats/wotever on the wall behind the vine .. its like another beautiful image within this image .. sort'v like another window created by the wooden trestle holding up the vine, with the vine and shadow above ... beautiful .....

OMG OMG ...... i just love this image so much ... love the dof and oof of everything except that beautiful tulip, which lookslike its just about drooping over the side of the vase ..... interesting composition with the line of the table creating that triangle at the top .. this whole image works ... just perfect ....
