hey sue .. i'm the other person who viewed this .. last night .. i was very remiss and didnt comment, but i had an excuse .. i was out hunting for another member for our team ... i havent heard back from three ppl, one whose name begins with an 's'!!..:):):)
i love this shot for its contrasts and the beautiful colours ... the sky is awesome ... its a very unedited image for you, and i love it .. the silhouette fits in the scene so well, & i love the dark foreground going up to that lighter sky .. :)

this is amazing ... i'm wondering if you wrote your comment about losing before or after you achieved the most difficult ribbon of all?? .. coz if you wrote it before, then it's like you really have defied time !!.. unfortunately i dont reckon this actually deserved a ribbon .. the voters totally got it wrong AGAIN .. sorry ....

i have a shot of three sheep that i called 'three idiots' .. i reckon goats arent that much more intelligent .. altho .. i could be wrong .. goats may actually be extremely intelligent .. well look at these ones .. they knew exactly wot you wanted them to do ... they may not only be intelligent, but psychic as well ... !! .. i'm in a very silly mood tonight ..

i live near cows too.... they arent usually aggressive tho, just curious ... i'm now wondering if curiousity killed the cow?? .. like we do eat them!! ... sorry, i'm being a bit silly ...
love this shot for the way they're all looking at you .. often black animals just lose all detail, but you've managed to keep the lot !! .. i have quite a few cow shots in my portfolio, and one i did especially for judy's birthday .. the title was 'happy birthday from an old cow' .. i think she liked it!!! .. its in my 'bovine collection' ... :)
just had another look at this one before i closed it .. and OMG ... that one with the white face ... OMG OMG .. it looks like its trying to see you with its right eye!!! .. possibly thinking there's going to be an uninterrupted view from one hole to the other .. well, as long as the black cow, in your face, opens his mouth !!!!! ....

my camera or taking photographs features in my dreams too!!! ... one i remember, was when i was walking on the firetrail which is very rocky, and i slipped and fell, and as i was going down, (in slow motion of course!!) i was more worried about hurting my camera than hurting myself .. hmmmmmm bit'v a worry eh??!!:)
