hey enzo .. so out'v the box and such an excellent shot .. just the other day someone asked me whether i'd ever eaten artichokes .. i think i tried them years ago and was unimpressed .. looking at these artichokes so beautifully presented i think i'll have to try them again, they look incredibly yummy !!! .. its a brilliant food shot and you nearly got in the top 20 .. i think the heart on your sleeve might'v been a bit too gross for the dpc crowd .. but you never know .. they can surprise you in their reactions those voters .. !!..:)

excellent .. a very beautiful little fly and i love the colours .. its interesting when you have a macro lens all the stuff you find out .. like there are so many different types of flies .. big ones, little ones, miniscule ones .. also they come in heaps of different colours and shapes .. love the incredible detail in the wings .. great shot .. :)
