this portrait definitely has a sad feel to it .. she's all dressed up with the christmas stuff and yet seems either lost in thought, when ppl can look sad even when they're not, or she really is sad ..

brilliant shot deb and i loved reading your write-up ... that giant glowing orb sure does look scarey .lol.!! .. and yet that guy with the anteater seems amazing cool .. well that's from a distance of course and him being a silhouette and all .. now when i look closer it appears that the man might be running .?. altho its hard to tell with the anteater seeing i cant see his legs .. !!
considering these terrifying conditions it's amazing that you were able to capture such a stunning photograph .. the colours are beautiful .. i dont mind the power lines .. they're real .. :)x

hey mark .. very remiss of me not to have commented on this excellent photograph before .. i'd looked at it and meant to then got interrupted .. so a couple of weeks later here i am ..
WOW .!!. i'd take my hat off to you for the set-up and the amazing result you achieved, if i wore a hat that is ...
i'm getting so over seeing 1's, 2's, 3's and 4's on images of this calibre .. there's no accounting for taste tho, but i think some of those voters must have the artistic sense of microbes, either that or they have some extremely weird and questionable agenda ..
