we have a bird feeder, well a post with a metal tray on top .. i've started putting out fruit, vegs and bread that we dont eat and gets a bit past human consumption time .. the birds love the bread, bananas and apples . didnt go for the brocolli or cauliflower tho .. !! .. we put parrot mix seed out too .. are starting to get heaps of birds visiting, especially since i started with the fruit .. :)
