Window catby MelethiaComment: Wow, this is pretty spooky looking! Looks like he's half-ghost, half-cat :-) I think I might like to see this converted to b&w, or else the books behind Thomas cloned out so the only things in color are his remarkable eyes. Thomas is adorable, BTW. I LOVE kitties. |

Day 3 - Swansby Bruce_the_RobertComment: The interaction between the swans is great- there is a sense of intimacy here that draws the viewer in. On shots with sun on white, you might want to consider underexposing by one or two stops if you don't have an external light meter - it's a lot easier to brighten some areas if needed than draw detail out of blown highlights. Will be interested to see your post on this. |

Day 3by xianartComment: Clean that sensor, girl :-) Great composition with sunburst - you did a good job of nearly totally avoiding flare - you must have underexposed? Not surprised about the tiny aperture. This photo definitely works very well as total package and needs very little editing. |

DAY 3. minimal edit. fence .by rozComment: I like the composition with the fence post here, and the colors definitely pop in the sky and green fern behind. I agree with some other commenters that more detail in the fence would be interesting. There's a lot going on in this shot - I think that highlighting the fence would also help provide a strong focal point. |

DAY 3. minimal edit. kangaroos .by rozComment: I can't believe you have wild kangaroos near where you live! How cool is that??? They are so cute with their little ears sticking up! This will be an interesting shot post edit. |

Day 4 - Branchby Bruce_the_RobertComment: I have to say I don't see any editing needed on this at all. Sharp as a tack, beautiful popping colors, pleasing composition. Will be interested to see if and how you can enhance this! Great photo. |

Day 2 Garden Fenceby ElaineComment: Really nice color temp in this - has a very warm feel that works well with the daffodills. Very pretty. |

Barred Owl by MelonMusketeerComment: OMG, I LOVE owls!!! What a great shot - so crisp and clean! It's also a really good environmental portrait, as it shows how he blends with the background. With just a little highlighting on the owl, this shot will be superb. |
